Hey there friends!! So I have had some great things going on for me the past week, I just wanted to share them with you :) first off, I restarted INSANITY 2 weeks ago, and I pushed past the first few days of my knees hurting, and I am now on day 15!!! That's right I am 1/2 way through my first month, wwooooot! And in these 15 days I have lost just over 4 lbs, and 6 inches all over! I am so fricken psyched about that!  Second I have been really taking the time to work on my self. I have been reading and listening to allot of personal development...I know, it sounds crazy, but IT WORKS!!! I am really focusing on my relationships with people, and with my work ethics... I am learning new skill sets that are making me approach everything so differently and it is truly amazing! Why am I doing this, you ask? Well I heard some say this:" When life is not going the way you want it to go, you need to work on yourself." And I truly believe in that!  I am taking my life and my business by the horns, and showing it who is boss. If you are ready to take your life by the horns, and want to make a change in your fitness or your financial situation, let me know. I am seeing so much growth in our company, and there is no reason you or I can not have a big part of that pie!! People out there need help, and motivation, and people to help them reach their goals.  That is what this business is all about, helping people and sharing with them tools that will help them see success! Are you ready to help people, and to make a difference in your and your families lives???

Day 1 of INSANITY...... DONE!

All I have to say is HOLY CRAP!! Up until now I thought that I have experience some crazy ass workouts in my life... Well.... I was wrong! Lets just say that the program isn't called Insanity for giggles!! That was the most INSANE, INTENSE workout I have ever done PERIOD! I did have to stop a few times, I did almost loose my cookies a few times.... but it was worth every sweat dripping, minute of my workout.  I am excited to hit my workout tomorrow, but this time I am doing it in the morning on an empty stomach... I am about to go INSANE!!

Well not literally insane, but tomorrow I am going to embark on my journey with the fitness program INSANITY.  I am a little scared, but I am super stoked to see how my results will be at the end of my 60 days with Celebrity trainer Shaun T.  I am going to be documenting my journey everyday over at my page on Facebook, Brandy Burns-Carey Fitness.  I am also starting an INSANITY challenge on May 28th, which will be a 60 day challenge.  You will utilize the INSANITY program, eat healthy, and plug into my accountability group that will help you stick with it the whole way!! Whether you are new to getting in shape, or just want to up your fitness level, this challenge will be where it is at!!
